Finding a trustworthy auto repair shop isn't always easy, but Invisible Touch exceeded my expectations. They explained everything clearly, offered a very reasonable price, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It's clear they value their customers and take pride in what they do. I would gladly return and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable service.

Our car required some body work and we found our way to Invisible Touch drawn in part by the unusually positive (perhaps even improbably positive) feedback we noticed from other customers. Happy to say we can now enthusiastically endorse this emerging conventional wisdom. The service was attentive and prompt, our needs were listened to, the required work was done and came in at exactly the (very reasonable) estimated price, and the work was done with remarkable efficiency, and the final result looked excellent. Of course no one hopes for future or return visits to a body shop, but if such service is required, we feel so fortunate to have discovered such an excellent craftsman in our neck of the woods.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Invisible Touch! From start to finish, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely easy to work with. The quality of their work speaks for itself — truly impressive attention to detail. And for the level of service you get, the pricing is very fair. I'll definitely be coming back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Gem of a find in Bedford!

I had a great experience with Invisible Touch for my car body repair. They were able to take my car in right away and also recommended a reliable car rental company so I could get a loaner car quickly. They communicated effectively with the insurance company, which helped keep the repair timeline moving fast and smoothly. Most importantly, they clearly did their best to deliver the highest quality repair. My car looks great, and I really appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Invisible Touch for auto body work!

I Never write Google Reviews- I worked with Hovie to paint fairing panels from two different motorcycle projects I did this winter. Hovie had great communication throughout, Handled minor disassembly and kept track of all the parts, coordinated with me on replacement decals and stickers, and did a FANTASTIC job color matching factory colors including a very difficult candy red. Pricing was very reasonable considering the level of service and quality. If you have a motorcycle painting project, don't hesitate. I'll be working with Hovie again for sure. Attached images show paint match- I can't see a difference.
